Doctorul Robert Lustig, profesor de endocrinologie la Universitatea California, ne atrage aten\u0163ia c\u0103 ficatul nu poate metaboliza dec\u00e2t \u0219ase linguri\u0163e de zah\u0103r zilnic!<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 cu restul zah\u0103rului? O parte este p\u0103strat \u00een ficat, dar nu pe post de oaspete bine-venit, pentru c\u0103 va produce \u00een timp diverse afec\u0163iuni. Zah\u0103rul este la fel de periculos pentru ficat ca \u015fi alcoolul! Nu numai nop\u0163ile nebune de party, dar \u015fi mic-dejunurile hipercalorice te pot conduce direct \u00een bra\u0163ele insuficien\u0163ei hepatice sau ale cirozei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Zah\u0103rul are arme cu care noi, muritorii de r\u00e2nd, nu putem lupta, mai ales atunci c\u00e2nd sunt deghizate sub forma unei por\u0163ii de cheesecake adorabile. Care este principalul s\u0103u atu? Creeaz\u0103 dependen\u0163\u0103! Odat\u0103 ce te abonezi la o diet\u0103 hipercaloric\u0103, \u00ee\u0163i va fi din ce \u00een ce mai greu s\u0103 te ab\u0163ii, iar pofta de dulce va cre\u015fte la infinit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Vestea bun\u0103?<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Sunt suficiente trei zile de lupt\u0103 curajoas\u0103 \u00eempotriva zah\u0103rului pentru ca pofta s\u0103 fie drastic diminuat\u0103, scrie site-ul citat.
